The Rossi method

01

Surveyed room by room.

Every quote starts with the house: how it was built, where it loses heat, and how you actually live in it.

02

Planned around the building.

Flues, pipe runs and outdoor units placed to suit the lease, the listing and the neighbours. Nothing looks bolted on.

03

Commissioned properly.

Pressures, flow temperatures and controls set and checked before we leave. Comfort you notice by not noticing.

Boiler Upgrade Scheme

Currently £7,500 off an air source heat pump.

In England and Wales, the grant comes straight off the quote when an MCS-certified installer fits the heat pump. We check whether your home qualifies, survey it room by room and handle the application. Scotland has its own grants and loans through Home Energy Scotland.

Questions

Good to know.

All questions
What areas do you cover?

London and major cities across the UK, including Manchester, Birmingham, Leeds, Bristol, Liverpool, Edinburgh, Glasgow and Cardiff. Send us your postcode and we will confirm whether we cover it and when we can visit.

Are your engineers Gas Safe registered?

Yes. Every gas job is done by an engineer on the Gas Safe Register. Ask to see their Gas Safe ID card when they arrive: the back lists the types of gas work they are qualified to do, and you can check the card number on the Gas Safe Register website.

What kinds of systems do you work on?

Gas boilers (combi, system and regular), central heating and radiators, hot water cylinders, underfloor heating, air source heat pumps, air conditioning, heating controls and ventilation.

Will I get a price before work starts?

Yes. After we diagnose the problem or survey the job, you get the options and a written quote before any repair or installation work begins.

Do you offer emergency callouts?

Emergency callouts are available by request. Call us, tell us what is happening, and we will tell you honestly how soon we can be there. If you smell gas, leave the property and call the National Gas Emergency Service on 0800 111 999 first.

Do you work with landlords and letting agents?

Yes. We carry out landlord gas safety checks and records, annual servicing and repairs, for a single property or a portfolio. We can arrange access with your tenants and send the paperwork to you or your agent.
